The BreadBreaka

Through a whirlwind of travels, residing in destinations such as Los Angeles, CA, Phoenix, AZ, and over a decade on St. Thomas USVI, Adam C. Wagner, aka “The BreadBreaka”, self-proclaimed chef, father of three and grandfather to eight has always had a deep passion for preparing and presenting food. Watching and attempting to “mock” the Food Network legends like Chef Emeril Lagasse, Bobby Flay, Mario Batali, and Ming Tsai influenced and fueled his thirst for knowledge and technique. Although technically untrained in culinary arts, The BreadBreaka always delivers a phenomenal tasting, high-quality product and is on a quest to share his food, life experiences, travels, and cultural encounters that helped reshape his perspective on food and life. Creating great food for great people and living through an open lens is the key to life.
